october
each month we will be sharing what is in season, both locally and to forage, we call this wyld. these ingredients will go on to form the basis of our experiences that month. nature provides exactly what we need, when we need it. tuning into nature and the seasons will enable you to live more in harmony with your surroundings and nourish your body with what it needs to thrive.

local | beetroot // broccoli // kale // carrots // leeks // squash // savoy cabbage // apples
wyld | blackberry // hawthorn // stinging nettle seeds // sweet chestnut // yarrow // oyster mushroom
full moon | 09.10 | hunter’s moon
new moon | 25.10
hunter’s moon refers to the closeness of the sunset and moonrise, where the moonlight is maximised for hunting. although we don’t hunt at wyld clwb we encourage you to use this opportunity to watch a moonrise and be in nature when it is dark. it’s a magical experience, even if it is a little comfortable to start with.
let us know how you get on in the darkness.
