  • what does wyld clwb mean?

    ‘wyld’ describes the wild nature of the environment around us. we also refer to our foraged ingredients as ‘wyld’.

    ‘clwb’ is welsh for ‘club’. this describes our community and the experiences we curate, including supper clwbs and cooking clwbs.

  • what's your cancellation policy?

    please book your place with intention as we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for cancellations.

    we are a small business and every booking makes a big difference to us. if you have to cancel, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible and we may be able to help re-advertise your ticket.

    you may pass your ticket on to a friend if you are unable to make it.

  • what dietary requirements can you caterer for?

    our clwb can cater for: plant-based, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, caffeine-free, alcohol-free and organic diets.

    we use local honey as a sweetener. however we can offer an alternative if requested.

  • what about allergies?

    we work in a kitchen that handles: celery, gluten, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and soya.

    please note that due to the pop-up nature of our business we are unable to cater for allergies.

  • where are you based?

    wyld clwb HQ is based in rhossili, SA3 1PL. but our events take place all over the gower peninsula.

    we hold our experiences in pop-up locations in this area of outstanding natural beauty. these could include: farms, village halls, fields and barns.

  • are all of your ingredients local?

    we prioritise the sourcing of our fresh ingredients from the gower peninsula and wales, this includes things like vegetables and fruit, and wyld foraged ingredients.

    we use Halen Môn sea salt from Anglesey.

    all other dry goods are sources from British suppliers, for example Hodmedod’s for our grains, pulses and seeds or Suma.

    other ingredients like olive oil and citrus fruits are sourced from local organic businesses.

    due to the nature of our events, and working with local and seasonal produce, our menus are subject to change and we therefore cannot provide menus ahead of time. we give a taster of what’s on offer on each event page.

  • when will I find out the location?

    our locations are part of our experience. finding them is a magical part of the journey.

    we will send out detailed location information two days before the event, along with any applicable timetables.

  • what should I wear?

    we will let you know what to wear two days before the event. our pop-up venues change on a monthly basis.

    we are in the wyld and in wales! the weather can be unpredictable. so wear layers, bring waterproofs and make sure you have some sturdy footwear.

  • do you offer gift vouchers?

    yes we do! and you can get one here

    gift cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
