each month we organise supper clwbs, which use peak-season ingredients from the local area. our clwbs take place at pop-up locations on the gower peninsula.
our aim is to bring our community and visitors closer to nature by sharing the story of the seasons through our dishes and drinks.
we focus on using seasonal plant-based, gluten-free, organic and locally sourced welsh produce. we elevate dishes using wyld ingredients.
each supper clwb menu will be shared at the event. we work closely with local suppliers and will adapt to what produce is at its best that week. everyone will be served the same dishes unless any special dietary requirements are shared before the event. this ensures that we keep food waste to a minimum.
