emerging

foraging clwb

I love this time of year, when the sun's warmth becomes more noticeable on your face and the increasing daylight hours seem to infuse a renewed sense of energy into each day.

After many months of renovating I’m excited to have my kitchen back. I shared some of the journey on my instagram stories and you can catch them again in my highlights. It’s a great space to create in, with a pantry full of inspiration!

These longer days have brought the foraging season with them, yay! With that Foraging Clwb is starting again on 20th April, in continued collaboration with We Are Woven. Spring is always a great one to set foundations and identify plants to help the detoxication process.

catering

I'm excited to announce that I'm expanding my business to offer catering services. It’s something I have been doing on special request but i’ve loved it so much it’s going to be a permanent offering.

I’ll be collaborating with local suppliers, artisans, and showcasing seasonal ingredients, to create truly unforgettable events. Supporting local businesses not only ensures the freshness and quality of the food but also contributes to the sustainability of our community.

Each dish will be thoughtfully curated to showcase the best flavours of the season, promising a unique and memorable dining experience.

So whatever your event, let’s create a unique and personal experience. From corporate meetings, weddings, retreats to birthdays; get in touch and let’s celebrate!

new events

I would like to thank everyone who participated in the recent survey I conducted on Instagram. Based on your input I’m planning on trialling some new events: brunches, community walks, Sunday lunches, cooking classes, workshops, in addition to supper clubs and foraging club.

Your feedback and suggestions have played a crucial role in helping me shape and expand my offerings. Thank you all for being a part of this journey with me.

I’ll be releasing these dates in the coming weeks, so keep an eye on your inbox.

recipes

You might have noticed the bramble shoot tips emerging from their thorny stems. These make the most delicious tea or kombucha. If you haven’t made kombucha before then here is a guide I put together. If you are in need of a SCOBY then please get in touch, I am being overrun and would gladly hand over custody!! (hello@wyldclwb.uk)

Here is simple recipe that really celebrates spring and makes it easy to integrate foraging into your daily life. Here’s a link to: infused cleaver water recipe. The recipe uses cleavers and here is a great website that will help you to identify them (and anything else for that matter!).

I really hope that you enjoy making them. Don’t forget to tag me: @wyldclwb

May Spring be full of happiness and adventures. Look forward to seeing you soon!

Much love,

Jasmin xx
